Spokane, Washington -- Providence Medical Group –is seeking an excellent Pediatric Electrophysiologist to join our well established programs at the Providence Center for Congenital Heart Disease and Providence Adult and Teen Congenital Heart program (PATCH). The candidate should have completed training in pediatric cardiology and have at least one additional year of fellowship training in Pediatric Electrophysiology, and be IBHRE certified/eligible in Pediatric Electrophysiology. New physician will join our group of seven other pediatric and ACHD cardiologists caring for a large population of children and adults with congenital heart disease in the Inland Northwest. The position will be based at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital/Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, a regional tertiary care referral center. Services provided at SHCH/PSHMC include comprehensive cardiac surgical, interventional and electrophysiological care in state-of-the-art facilities, as well as adult heart transplant and VAD services, Pediatric ECLS, and dedicated Hybrid and Robotic surgical OR’s. Growth opportunities in Pediatric and Congenital EP include a thriving nonfluoroscopic ablation program and our rapidly growing ACHD program. The prospective Pediatric Electrophysiologist will practice all aspects of EP care, including catheter ablation and device implant procedures in a busy EP lab that performed 85 diagnostic and interventional EP procedures on children and adults with congenital heart disease in 2017.
