Pediatric Electrophysiologist Opportunity
The Cook Children's Heart Center
The Cook Children’s Heart Center seeks to hire a Pediatric Electrophysiologist. Candidates should have three years of General Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship, as well as specialty training in Pediatric Electrophysiology. Candidates should have experience in invasive and non-invasive EP, as well as a strong commitment to patient care. Applicants must be eligible for licensure in the state of Texas and must be board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Cardiology.

Join a 17-person Cardiology group consisting of 1 Adult Congenital Cardiologist, 2 Invasive Pediatric Cardiologists, 2 Electrophysiologists, and 6 Noninvasive Imaging Cardiologists with ability to do fetal echocardiography, TEE, MRI, and 3D imaging including a fully functioning in-house 3D print lab.

Our integrated heart center consists of 2 cardiac catheterization labs, 2 cardiovascular operating rooms, a dedicated CVICU, and echo labs with full digital capability. The lab is completely integrated with all outreach clinics with ability for real time review of studies.

- Clinical research in your areas of interest is encouraged and supported through the CCMC IRB and grant writing office, but not required.

The medical center has 444 pediatric beds and treats infants, children, teens and young adult patients ages 0-21 throughout Texas, as well as nationally and internationally. At nearly 1.6 million square feet, the campus serves as the main site of Cook Children’s Health Care System. This includes the medical center, Dodson specialty clinics and north and south inpatient towers. In addition to the main Fort Worth campus, other Cook Children’s locations include multiple regional specialty clinics, urgent care centers, neighborhood clinics, primary care offices, surgery centers and home health offices. In 2019, Cook Children’s expanded to provide services to families in Prosper, Texas. To date, services offered include primary care, ambulatory surgery, urgent care, specialty care, imaging and outpatient laboratory services. A medical center and retail pharmacy are scheduled to open in 2022.
