With the frequent emails this week regarding voting and the annual meeting, please review the following (hopefully helpful) tips to ensure that you are up to date with the latest information-
|
- Add support@pacesep.org to your contacts list
- Go to your profile and add a secondary email address, so email blasts will be sent to both (in case emails sometime get blocked by the institutional/work server)
- Follow PACESEP (@PACESep) and Dr Kannankeril (@PKannankeril) on twitter, where we frequently announce the same updates
- All emails we send out are automatically archived for review under the "News & Announcements" section- so checking the News & Announcements section is a quick and reliable way to look for the latest announcements
Regarding the recent emails for voting and meeting registration-

- Voting ballots will continue to mailed out intermittently (every 2-3 days) to all paid members of PACES. If you renewed your membership this week, you will receive the ballot in the next send-out. If you are a dues paying member and have not yet received the ballot (and it is not in junk/spam) please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
- Registration for the PACES Strategic Planning Meeting (May 18th) and Annual Business Dinner (May 19th) is open. Some users are unable to open the meeting registration, or the provided link (CLICK HERE) leads to a warning message. This may be related to institutional firewalls. In that situation, the best way to register is to go to www.pacesep.org -->log in-->Meetings & Business-->Annual Meeting-->PACES annual meeting registration 2023
