Dear PACES Community,
The PACES QI Committee has been exploring opportunities to optimize patient care across our institutions. We have identified CIED remote transmissions as a target for our first PACES-wide QI project. To better design our QI initiative and provide meaningful change that would impact the majority of centers, we have created a survey to assess how remote transmissions are processed and evaluated at individual practices. Ideally, we would have all members at each institution fill out the survey to gather as much data as possible. The survey is anonymous, but we are asking for the center you work to provide context to our survey and identify overlapping data. The survey should only take 5 minutes to fill out.
